The Used have released a new song with blink-182's Mark Hoppus.

"The Lighthouse" will feature on the band's upcoming album Heartwork, which drops this Friday (Apr. 24). Check it out below:

In an interview with grammy.com, frontman Bert McCracken said of "The Lighthouse": "[It was] one of those songs that came together very quickly, with everybody excitedly throwing ideas around... What emerged from the session is a track we’re all very proud of, and I hope everyone likes it as much as we do."

As for working with Hoppus, the Used's vocalist was full of praise for the blink-182 man.

"It's amazing to get to be in the studio and to experience his creative mind," McCracken said. "He's a different kind of writer. He is really quick fire. It's really cool to watch him work like that. And yeah, he's pretty legendary, even for someone who's outside of the whole world of pop-punk it's still like, oh, huge deal. So, we're beyond excited and yeah, it was a pleasure. I think it was a long time coming, but it was an absolute pleasure."

McCracken also revealed that the Used recorded "a couple of songs" with Hoppus in addition to "The Lighthouse," and confirmed they would be released at some point in the future.

Heartwork, which was produced by Goldfinger's John Feldmann, also features collaborations with fellow blink-182 member Travis Barker, Beartooth's Caleb Shomo and ex-letlive. and current Fever 333 frontman Jason Aalon Butler.

Note to Scene recently ran an interview with Bert McCracken about the Used's new album and its wide array of influences — check that out here.

This week, the Used were confirmed to appear at the rescheduled Slam Dunk Festival in the U.K., which takes place Sept.5-6. McCracken and co. were scheduled to appear at the original Slam Dunk event in May before pulling out due to other touring commitments. The festival was subsequently postponed until September due to the coronavirus outbreak, paving the way for the Used to rejoin the line-up.

"The Lighthouse" Lyrics (via Genius)

I give myself to the shipwrecked
I give myself to the no way home
You tore myself into pieces
And nobody noticed at all

Two broken ribs from the pressure
I'm out of breath from the CPR
You rolled me out on a stretcher
And nobody noticed at all

Can you help me? Will I burn or will I burn out? I can taste it. Taste you in the back of my mouth
I can be your lighthouse. I can be your lighthouse. I can be your lighthouse. I can be your lighthouse

Now I’m at sea and I’m sinking. No light that’s leading me back to shore. Why lean on me while I’m drowning? The same way you pulled me before

Can you help me? Will I burn or will I burn out? I can taste it. Taste you in the back of my mouth
Can you help me? Will I burn or will I burn out? I can taste it. Taste you in the back of my mouth

I can be your lighthouse. I can be your lighthouse. I can be your lighthouse. I can be your lighthouse

I can be your lighthouse. I can be your lighthouse. I can be your lighthouse. I can be your lighthouse
